About me

I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in the linguistics program at MIT.  My research focuses on natural language semantics, and the question diriving much of my work is: how does interpretation interact with other aspects of grammar and cognition?  I look at the interfaces of semantics with syntax, pragmatics, prosody, and language processing. Other interests are in syntax, the syntax/prosody interface, and experimental methods.

As of September 2017, I will be a SSHRC postdoctoral fellow at McGill University.
